CIMAF orders MVR mill from Gebr Pfeiffer23 January 2023, Published under Cement NewsCiments de l’Afrique (CIMAF) has ordered an MVR vertical roller mill from Gebr Pfeiffer for its plant at Keur Moussa, Senegal. This marks the first such mill to be installed in the African country. The vertical roller mill of the type MVR 5000 R-4 will be used for raw material grinding. Côte d'Ivoire: CIMAF inaugurates expansion project03 March 2016, Published under Cement NewsCiments de l’Afrique (CIMAF) on Tuesday inaugurated the completed expansion of its cement unit at Abidjan in Côte d’Ivoire in the presence of the country’s Prime Minister, Daniel Kablan Duncan. The project included the construction of a clinker silo, new raw material buildings, a grinding unit and cement storage and will take the plant’s total capacity from 0.5Mta to 1Mta. February launch for Cimaf plant23 January 2014, Published under Cement NewsCiments de L’Afrique (Cimaf), a subsidiary of Ciments de L’Atlas, has said it intends to officially start production at its Doula grinding plant in Cameroon next month. The new milling facility, located in the industrial zone of Bonabéri, will have an initial cement capacity of 0.5Mta and be supplied with clinker from Morocco.
